Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

To better serve you, we will begin processing your order as soon as you click the “Buy” button.
1. Our products
- a) Although we have made every effort to display colors accurately, the images of hair products on our site are for illustration purposes only.
- b) We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of colors accurately reflects the color of the products, your products may vary slightly from these images.
2. Treatment Guidelines
- a) All products listed on the Site are subject to availability in our warehouse before your order can be processed.
- b) We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional information is required to process your order.
3. Shipping and tracking number
- a) We strive to process and dispatch the products you have ordered within 24 hours.
- b) We charge a shipping fee of 30dh for each order you place. However, once you place an order above 400Dh, we will provide you with free shipping.
- c) When you place your order, you will receive an approximate delivery time based on the availability of your items and the order processing time. Depending on your region, delivery date estimates will appear on the order page.
- d) Please note that the delivery dates indicated on your order page are approximate and are given as a guide only. Actual delivery dates may vary.
5. Inspection
- a) You are responsible for inspecting the delivered products once you have received your order and ensuring that the products are in a "as expected" condition.
- b) In the event that they are not in an "as expected" condition, please contact us as soon as possible, with all necessary information, including photographic evidence.
6. Returns and exchanges
6.1 Returns
- a) Please note that all sales are final and therefore we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any of our products.
- b) However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, providing all necessary order information, including photographic evidence of the problem with the product(s).
6.2 Exchanges
- a) All exchange notices must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request.
- b) If the replacement item you want is no longer available, we will help you find another item you like or process a store credit refund if the item falls within our return policy.
6.3 Exchange procedure
- a) Please contact us so we can make the exchange
- b) You must take care of the product(s) you wish to return/exchange, and they must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition to be collected from the original delivery address.
- c) We will send you the desired product within 48 hours of receiving the returned product, in accordance with our shipping policy.
7. Shipping Errors / Damaged Products
- a) We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To this end, we carry out several quality checks before shipping a product.
- b) If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order so that you can receive a free exchange with a free replacement product.
- c) We will send you a new replacement product, within 3 days after receiving the damaged or defective product, in accordance with our shipping policy.
8. Events beyond our control
- We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, terrorism, industrial dispute or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
- These terms and conditions and any other notices on our website constitute the entire agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products.
